Sydney/Senior

I was honored to take Sydney’s senior photos.  She is an absolute beauty, and just an overall incredible person.  She is now at Texas Tech, and I am sure she is living it up!  Seriously, what a stunner!!!

Coop-a-Loop’s 1st Birthday Party/July 30th 2011

I was so excited to attend Cooper’s 1st birthday party.   I absolutely love this kid… I just get the biggest kick out of him.  My super hero sister-in-law, Jenny, truly made his day a special one.   She is quite possibly the most creative person I know.   Real quick shout out to her company, Orange Peel Design www.facebook.com/orangepeeldesign .  She hasn’t posted all of her work yet, but contact her if you have any creative projects in mind.  Her primary focus is wall art for babies and kiddos, but she can do it all.   Jenny is actually helping me with my wedding in June.  As a bride to be,  I am constantly looking up wedding ideas on pinterest, blogs and magazines, and I am also constantly saying, “I will just have Jenny do her own version of that.”    Basically,  Jenny is your girl if you see an idea or have an idea in your head, but you don’t know where to  begin.  I like to refer to her as my life stylist.    Hope y’all enjoy the pics below!

Rob and Cheryl- Maternity/Supportive Husband Shoot

I had to re-do my blog, as I quickly realized that the files I have been uploading take about two commercial breaks of any quality Bravo t.v. show to download (don’t judge me).    I will try to put all of my work back up, but if it gets in the way of living…forget about it.  The pictures below are from a shoot I took around the beginning of August.  Rob is a co-worker of mine, and he is now the proud father of  a precious little girl named Juliette.  Cheryl, Rob’s wife, was a true trooper during the shoot.  We met at 8am to try and beat the heat, but the Texas heat found us.  Congratulations Rob and Cheryl!

Newborn: Allison Elizabeth Miller

Over the Labor Day weekend, I had a fantastic opportunity to take pictures of sweet baby Allison.  At the time these were taken,  Allison was a few days shy of  being two weeks old.   This shoot was particularly special to me, as Allison’s uncle, Phil Sanger, is a dear family friend.  So, needless to say, I was anxious the morning of the shoot.  Thankfully, Allison was a natural born model, and she proved to be quite the superstar.  Jennifer, Shawn and Mrs. Sanger (Allison’s grandmother) truly helped set the tone for the shoot.  My nervous energy was left outside their door, and was replaced by a sense of patience and love.  We all hung in there together, and I think we got some great images!  Allison, you are one LOVED girl!
